All Real Estate Agents should know about this program. I wrote about it last year but I thought it was a good time to remind everyone about it.
There are many ways to create PDF files but this is one method I tell everyone thats asks.
Primo PDF is a program you install that creates another printer in your printers selection. With this program all you have to do is print whatever file you are working on and it will create a PDF of the file you need.
Now if you have Office 2007 on your computer you can also do this with the Office 2007 Add-In that lets you create PDFs from Any Office.

Thanks for the great tip. So many people that I email to don’t have the programs I’m using.
I need some help though. I just downloaded it, and installed the program. Then I went to Excel, opened a document, and opened the print box. I couldn’t find anything new to print to for the PDF program. So, I tried the same thing with a Word doc. Still no new printer option.
What am I doing wrong?
