A customer asked me today how she could send her listings to multiple sites at once. This is probably old news to most of my readers but I wanted to post it anyways.
How did I find these results?
I searched Google for “syndicate real estate listings” and I found posts at My Tech Opinion and Geek Estate
These sites see to be the best at syndicating your ads because they are not tied to any website vendors.
Point 2 looks good but it only works with Internet Explorer and after playing with the site for 5 minutes I couldn’t figure out how to setup a listing to send out to other sites. I was looking for something easy not a lot of hoops to jump through.
Realbird.com – After playing with this for 5 minutes Realbird has a great solution and the price starts from FREE to very cheap for upgraded services.

I humbly submit our own service (www.realbird.com). Please see the articles published yesterday in Inman News and Brokeragentnews.com about why our Listing Publisher is for the time being superior to all other services, at least in the areas where we have MLS idx data. Even where you can’t include your MLS search I would argue that the Listing Publisher is better than the other services, and it is free.

If you are considering holding an open house, make sure to address their shortcomings by focusing on a more targeted traffic. One way to do this is to take advantage of the opportunities available online

Great information. I have been using Postlets to syndicate my listings for a while. They also make it really easy to post on craigslist for added coverage.

ClassifiedFlyerAds.com currently syndicates to over 20 Real Estate directories and will even create and syndicate videos to top video portals. We don’t only rely on directory syndication though; our system also achieves top search engine rankings. Over 80% of flyers created through the site rank on the 1st page of Google for competitive search phrases that are relevant to the listing.
Great post! I use Point 2 Agent and find it easy. Point 2 Agent has alot more features then just syndication, although, the syndication tools are superior to me then Classifiedflyerads, postlets, realbird, reallyo and the others that I have used. I’m trying to find a syndication service for my broker that can be used to have all of the brokers listings uploaded, but an agent assigned to each listing so that the agent’s picture/contact info shows up with the listing but it is still under the broker’s account/control. You can do this in Point 2 with a Premium membership.
Are there any other services that allow you to do this?
Hello Karen – yes you can do this on ClassifiedFlyerAds.com. Your broker would need to provide a feed with all the Agents listings and contact info associated with each listing. Our system will import each listing into its own online flyer with the Agents info in it and also syndicates it that way. This can all be done under 1 broker account.

Be careful because there will be duplications and you may want control of which one posts first to a particular site.
I find it odd that the major “yellow page” websites, such as yellowpages.com or yellowbook.com don’t have real estate listings syndicated on the site. What better way to look for a broker than by measuring the quality of his listings in a given region?
In Puerto Rico, the biggest yellow-book site, SuperPagesPR.com offers a vertial real estate site that does just that!
